Morvest Group is a black empowered, South African, global, diversified investment holding company which was established in 2003 and focuses on high growth investments across various sectors throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Morvest has over 17 years proven track record in successful corporate transactions. The group was listed on the JSE until 2015 following which the business was taken private to ensure a more diversified global strategy with greater flexibility could be undertaken.

We exclusively deploy on-balance sheet capital with no fixed exit term and follows strict Shariah investment principles including zero interest based funding. Being a family office enables Morvest to execute deals quickly with a great deal of flexibility to best suit founders and entrepreneurs’ expectations.
